our services & supports

Rather than having a one-size-fits-all approach to rural LGBTIQA+ inclusion, we provide a range of road-tested services and supports that have already worked for regional, rural and remote communities. You’ll find these below. If you’re unsure, feel free to book in a cuppa with us soon.

how we work with you

After we work with you to assess your readiness for LGBTIQA+ inclusion, we’ll recommend actions that have worked in similar communities.  We’ll suggest something that’s stage-appropriate for your level of readiness, and always make sure it’s grounded in local lived experience.

Stage One

Cuppa Consultation

All change starts with conversation, and a cuppa with RPA is exactly that. This is our starting point to discover where your community stands on its journey toward LGBTQIA+ inclusion. If you’re unsure where to begin or which services to engage, start with a cuppa—and we’ll go from there.
Stage Two

Co-designed Mapping

We help communities and organisations assess their LGBTIQA+ readiness, bring key people together, and co-design practical, evidence-based, and sustainable inclusion plans for both immediate and long-term local impact.
Stage Three

Everyday Actions

We deliver tailored workshops and programs that turn evidence into action—building the skills, confidence, and practical capacity of communities and organisations to lead inclusive change, strengthen local leadership, and create safer, more welcoming environments for LGBTIQA+ people.
Stage Four

Sustainable Thriving

We build and strengthen connected LGBTIQA+ networks that unite communities, organisations, and leaders to share best practices, address rural challenges, and collaborate across local to national levels—creating a coordinated ecosystem for lasting inclusion and impact.
